The main subjects of our research activities are: Society, Leadership, Organisation, Governance.
We are specialised in organisational behaviour assessment. Our assessments are based on scientific research and yield valuable management information. It also allows monitoring of organisational developments and effects of certain interventions or events.
We also examine processes and policies, such as the research we conducted on behalf of the Dutch Ministry of Education and Science, titled: "Van School naar Werk". (More information, in the Dutch language, can be found at Onderwijs)
We also conduct more specific research, such as empirical research on the application and effects of the so-called New Way to Work (see Report)
