Organisational Behaviour determines much of how an organisation functions. We are specialised in assessing organisational behaviour. We do so in various ways, such as by quantifying organisational members' attitudes towards organisational key aspects.
After analyses of those data, we deduce information about the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of the organisation and of the people within that organisation.
We assess organisations or organisational units at multiple organisational levels with the relationship between non-managerial workers and the organisation as a main unit of analysis.
Much additional value is created when findings from new assessments are compared to those of earlier assessments. This allows (qualitative and quantitative) monitoring of organisational developments and mapping of certain effects of organisational interventions or events.
Additionally, we can add meaning to the quantitative findings by relating those to relevant qualitative organisational information sources.
